1. Short title, extend and commencement :-

This policy may be called the SKIN Career Wing Policy, 2020
It extends to the whole of SKIN FORUM
It shall come into force on 01 OCT 2020

2. Objective :-

To make jobless atmosphere. To create confidence to the job seekers when they registered in SKIN.

3. Purpose :-

To establish its activities through each wing separately with full effort & confidence. Later on to make a
private employment exchange

4. Duration :-

Every team leader’s duration may be fixed by founders or decisions may take in forum with majority
voting.

5. Reporting to :-

All activities should inform to founders by the team leader.

6. Roles :-

Collection of openings (displayed and concealment) from various industries, shops, institutions etc.
Organizing Job fairs in various locations
Priority to job seeker those who are all registered in forum
Publicity of vacancies through social media or other ways to reach the needies
Arrangement of data bank collection
Discussion with various industries, institutions and other professional groups
Frequent publication of the events
Displaying publicity to the public

7. Responsibilities :-

Team leader should lead their team members with the concurrence of founders
Team leader should take the information from various resources
Team leader may frame their project compatibility with their convenience
Team leader must submit all details in front of forum when need

8. Repeal :-

The SKIN CAREER WING POLICY, 2020 as in force in that territory, shall stand repealed.
